These Terms govern your use of KarmaBay (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
KarmaBay is a marketplace for verified Reddit accounts and done-for-you services (such as posting or commenting from an established account). Orders are settled in USDT and held in escrow until the order is delivered. KarmaBay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Reddit, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to buy and use the listed items. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and any third-party platform rules.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are shown in USD and settled in USDT (TRC20). An order is final once payment is confirmed on-chain and the order is delivered, subject to the Warranty & Refund policy.
4. Delivery
Delivery occurs within 24 hours after on-chain payment confirmation. For accounts, credentials are made available on a private, token-protected order page and by email; for services, the work is completed and proof (such as a link) is posted to your order page. You are responsible for keeping your order link confidential.
5. Warranty & refunds
Refunds and replacements are governed by the Warranty & Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party platform's terms. KarmaBay may refuse or cancel orders it reasonably believes are fraudulent or abusive.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarmaBay's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
